The GATE Computer Science Exam is the Computer Science and Information Technology paper of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, conducted at the national level for engineering graduates seeking postgraduate admission or PSU recruitment. It tests core CS subjects, engineering mathematics, and general aptitude within a single, tightly-timed paper, which is why consistent, structured preparation across all three areas tends to matter more than last-minute revision of any one topic.
