Sir, GATE 2027 ka ₹2000 payment karte time mere phone ka internet/power issue hua aur lagbhag 5 min ke liye phone off ho gaya, jiski wajah se laptop ka internet disconnect ho gaya. Baad mein maine Google Pay se payment kiya, jisme payment successful aur receiver bank ne IIT ke account mein deposit confirm kiya. Lekin CC Avenue se GATE portal par redirect nahi hua. Dobara GOAPS login karne par abhi bhi “Make Payment” show ho raha hai. Sir, ab mujhe kya karna chahiye—wait karun ya GATE helpdesk ko contact karun?

    @singhkaran1220 Dear Learner, Please contact the GATE Helpdesk as soon as possible and share the payment details/transaction proof with them. Since the payment has been successfully deducted but the GATE portal is still showing “Make Payment,” it is better not to wait. The Helpdesk will verify the payment status and guide you regarding the next steps.
